Delivery information – Little flamingos online shop
If the order has been submitted and the Service Provider has confirmed the order, the Service Provider undertakes to pack up all products ordered by the Customer and deliver them to the Customer at the address provided by him/her.
Service Provider calls the attention, if the ordered product must be delivered to abroad (outside the territory of Hungary), the Service Provider is entitled to charge a higher amount of delivery costs.
The ordered products are sent as a parcel and delivered by the courier service selected by the Hungarian national postal service provider (Magyar Posta Zrt., hereinafter referred to as postal service provider) or, in certain cases, it is possible to pick-up the package personally by the Customer.
The Customer shall be obliged to check the products immediately after receipt, but no later than within 36 (thirty-six) hours.
In case of home delivery, the Customer shall examine the package containing the ordered product in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If the Customer notices obvious damage on the outside of the package, he/she is entitled to refuse to accept the package, but in that case the Customer shall be obliged to draw up a written report in the presence of the courier.
If the Customer accepts the package despite of its damage, the Customer shall be obliged to open the package in the presence of the courier, and in that case if the product in the package is also damaged or missing, the Customer shall be obliged to ask for drawing up a written report from the courier where the damages or the lack of the ordered product must be precisely registered. In case of delivery of a damaged package the Customer shall be obliged to notify the Service Provider about the damages or the lack of the ordered product in writing, without any delay (e-mail address: info@littleflamingos.com).
If the Customer may have any question in connection with the delivery of the ordered product, he/she can send a message to the Service Provider’s e-mail address (info@littleflamingos.com).
The Service Provider reserves the right not to charge a delivery cost to the Customer if a certain order value is reached. The Service Provider always informs the Customer on the interface of the online shop whether he/she is entitled to use the free delivery based on the total amount of the order.
- Delivery within the territory of Budapest
If the Customer requests the delivery of the ordered product purchased in the online shop to an address within the territory of Budapest, he/she can choose between home delivery and personal pick-up.
- Home delivery
In case of home delivery, the delivery costs are – depending on the weight of the package containing the ordered product – as follows:

The postal service provider will try to deliver the package containing the ordered product to the address provided by the Customer within 2-3 working days after its dispatch by postal service provider, and hand over it to the Customer.
Service Provider informs the Customer via e-mail about the sending of the package containing the ordered product. The Service Provider shall indicate the order identification number in the e-mail sent to the Customer, with the help of which the Customer can continuously get the actual information about the status of the delivery of the ordered product on the following website: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal
The Service Provider informs the Customer that the postal service provider will try to deliver the package on working days between 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM. If the delivery was not successful, the courier leaves a notice of the arrival of the package and the attempt to deliver it at the address provided by the Customer, indicating the place of delivery and the retention period where and for how long the package may be picked up.
The Service Provider calls the attention that in case the Customer provides a delivery address where the postal service provider does not deliver packages, the Service Provider will deliver the package containing the ordered product marked as “post restante” and the Customer can pick up the package personally at the post office located at the address provided by the Customer. The Service Provider informs the Customer via e-mail about the address of the post office where the Customer can pick up the package personally. The Service Provider informs the Customer that in this case the package containing the ordered product can be received within 10 (ten) working days after its receipt at the post office.
The Service Provider calls the attention that if the package can not be delivered neither at the address provided by the Customer, nor at the designated post office within 10 working days from the arrival if the package was marked as “post restante”, the postal service provider will return it to the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider will refund the amount paid by the Customer – except the amount of the delivery costs – within 30 (thirty) days from the date when the returned package was received by the Service Provider, or if the Customer agrees in writing to pay the re-delivery costs, it will be re-delivered to the Customer.
- Personal delivery option
In case of certain conditions, the Service Provider provides the opportunity of the personal delivery in certain districts of Budapest.
Service Provider informs the Customer that in case of the package will be picked up personally, after the product has been manufactured, the Service Provider’s employee will contact the Customer directly via e-mail address and / or via phone to discuss when and where the package will be picked up personally.
Service Provider calls the attention that the package may be picked up personally exclusively in the following districts of Budapest: I., II., III., V., VI., VII., VIII., XI., XII., XIX., XXII.7
- Delivery to an address within the territory of Hungary
If the Customer requests the delivery of the product purchased in the online shop to an address outside the territory y of Budapest, but located in Hungary, the Service Provider will deliver the product to the Customer by home delivery.

- Delivery to an address outside the territory of Hungary
If the Customer asks for the delivery to an address outside the territory of Hungary, the Service Provider will send the ordered product as a non-priority, international parcel. The Service Provider informs the Customer via e-mail about the sending of the package containing the ordered product. Service Provider shall provide the order identification number in the e-mail sent to the Customer with the help of which the Customer can continuously get the actual information about the status of the delivery of the ordered product on the following website: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal
The Service Provider calls the attention that having regard to the fact that the postal service provider will try to deliver the package containing the ordered product within different time frames for each foreign country, the Service Provider, in all cases, notifies the Customer via e-mail about the fact at what time the delivery of the package is expected on the basis of the delivery address provided by him/her.
Service Provider expressly calls the attention that obstacles to international mail traffic and due to epidemiological restrictions in some countries may result some slowdown in the delivery process, which may also affect the time of delivery and the Service Provider will not undertake any guarantee that the package will be delivered by the postal service provider within the deadline specified by the Service Provider.
In such cases the amount of the delivery costs depends on which zone of the delivery address provided by the Customer has been classified by the postal service provider. The following tables illustrate the different delivery zones and the associated delivery costs. The exact amount of the delivery costs payable by the Customer is displayed on the online shop interface before submitting the order.
The Service Provider calls the attention that that if the Customer requests the delivery of the ordered product(s) to an address in a country that is outside the European Union or the EEA, the Customer may also have to pay the customs clearance costs of the package in accordance with the regulations of the destination country– in addition to the purchase price and delivery fees already paid by the Customer. The Service Provider calls the attention that the delivery time specified by the Service Provider may be extended due to the customs procedure required for exit from Hungary and entry to the destination country.
The Service Provider calls the attention that if the package can not be delivered at the address provided by the Customer, the postal service provider will return it to the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider will refund the amount paid by the Customer – after deducting the delivery costs and the certified additional costs incurred in returning of the ordered product – within 30 (thirty) days from the date when the returned package was received by the Service Provider.
